Greg Pickett's Elk River Valley Guide Service is located in south east Kansas. This region of Kansas is a regular destination as we travel to film our "Cabin Country" television series. This area is rich with game and Greg offers guided trips for Upland, Turkey, Deer and Waterfowl.

Elk River Valley Guide Service hosted us in late December 2000' for 2 shows on late season puddle ducks. We saw good numbers of Mallards, Gadwall & Canada Geese. Greg has a combination of flooded grain fields, creeks, rivers and large bodied reservoirs to hunt his clients on. Kansas is considered a sleeper state when it comes to duck and goose hunting. This is a worthy area for traveling waterfowlers
